Staying at Quantum House

Who can stay at Quantum House?

Quantum House serves families whose children (18 years and younger) are receiving medical care at local hospitals and treatment centers. Proof of an appointment from a hospital social worker or care coordinator is required before a reservation can be confirmed.

How do I request a stay?

Families must first complete a referral form through their hospital social worker or care team. Once we receive the referral, a member of our staff will contact you to confirm availability and next steps.

How far in advance can I request a stay?

Referrals may be submitted up to one year in advance of your child’s appointment or treatment. Because demand can be high, we encourage families to submit referrals as early as possible.

Is there a waitlist?

Occasionally, yes. When rooms are fully reserved, families may be placed on a waiting list. Openings occur frequently, and our team will contact you if a room becomes available.

What does each guest suite include?

Each family stays in a private guest suite with a private bathroom, along with:

  • Beds
  • Mini refrigerator
  • Desk/workspace
  • In-room safe
  • TV
How many beds are in each room?

Rooms are configured with one of the following:

    • One king bed and one twin bed
    • One king and one twin pullout
    • Three twin beds
What is the cost to stay at Quantum House?

Families are asked to contribute $45 per night, which helps offset the cost of their stay. No family is ever turned away due to an inability to pay.

How long can families stay?

Length of stay depends on your child’s medical schedule and room availability. Our team works closely with families and hospital partners to support stays related to treatment needs.
