Guest Services Coordinator (Evenings & Weekends)

Quantum House is looking for a compassionate and dependable Guest Services Coordinator to serve as the primary on-site team member during evenings and weekends. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and creating a welcoming environment for families during challenging times.
What You’ll Do
Welcome and assist guest families with warmth and professionalism.
Coordinate guest check-ins, check-outs, and orientations.
Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable House.
Respond to guest needs and support day-to-day House operations.
Complete administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
Support volunteers and ensure a positive guest experience.
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience in hospitality, customer service, healthcare, or nonprofit services preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
A compassionate, service-oriented attitude.
